Cancelled contract.

I am having problem with cancelling my phone contract that expired last year with telkom. They are still debuting me of which i end up reversing my money back. They have opted to handing over me to their lawyers. I cancelled this contract a month before the actual contract was suppose to expire. I have been sending email trying to find out what are they still billing me for but i have never received a call back let alone a response to any of the mails that i have sent.
