Cancelled contract

I've requested to cancel my Telkom contract, since I am getting no service whatsoever. No one would come in contact with me, after I've emailed numerous times. The money was taken out of my account for the month of August, but my wi-fi is not working at all. And yes I've tried everything from my end. Very poor service from this company.
