Cancelled contract
Contract was cancelled in July ref no ***0. 1 month notice prior to the contract termination date. 2 more billing deducted after the agreed termination. Futile excuse that they could not contact me. Then 2 more visits to the local store and another request for the reversal of the deductions. No response from Telkom. Unacceptable business practice.
