Cancelled contract

It's been over 2 years since I've submitted a request to cancel my line. I have not used the phone over this 2 years. I contacted the call centre over 20 times and I gave up over the years. Someone promised me it will be cancelled and I still got charged this month. This is absolutely unfair. My I'D NO. ********** 107081 and cell number is ********** 475 . I have my emails and a person's name that promised me to cancel it.
