Cancelled contract 10 July 2017
I have sent through my cancellation form on 10 July. Needless to say a debit order went off on 31 which I accepted.
Another debit order went off 31 August which I queried but in the end accepted. This was queried on 1 September through Gugulethu Mbatha and emailed on the same day the same form AGAIN to **********
I have followed up but nothing is helping. The next debit order went off on 29 Sept.
When will this end?????????????

07 Oct 2017, 10:31I don’t care who it was now sent to. I needed this cancelled on 10 July. It is 7 October and still not cancelled. I need to be refunded or further legal action will be taken against you!
This is not on and you are *****ing from the customers who want out. My contract expired years ago and I decided on 10 July to Cancel. I have emails proving this and believe me when I say, legal action can and will be taken.
