Cancelled but still debited

I took a contract out 6 months ago and requested a cancellation within 7days but still been debited and now been black listed for Telkom consultants trained be *********** and to make false promises and not to do what they suppose to do and keep me calling them 72 times as well as multiple store visits for past 6 months. Always told documents loaded and will be done tomorrow and tommorow has never come yet. If no thing is done by COB Tuesday 29 December 2015. I will inform icasa and put up banners in my neighbour hood like how some guy did with vodacom few months ago and show people how telkom take people's money for no service and spoil people's names.
