Cancelled but are still being billed

Never ever use Telkom. We have cancelled in August 2018 and in February 2019 are still being billed. They are even handing us over eventhough we cancelled. We have spoken to numerous people and have their names even a team leader. We have emails to prove and every single time they promise to cancel But still nothing. They bill us every month. Waiting for attorneys then we can go to court as I have all my proof, I will make them pay my legal fees too. Service is pathetic....think twice....
