Cancelled ADSL and landline in September

They are still taking off the monthly payment of R900 per month and, although cancelled, are not refunding me my money. I have now called once or twice per week for the last couple of months. Shocking service apart from one person called Sipho who was awesome. The rest of them are useless. Apparently they are waiting to "close" the call. But they cannot tell me how long it will take and I need to sit and wait while they continue to take money from me. The person whom I spoke to yesterday was just rude and said I must just wait. I asked to speak to a manager but she said she is not allowed to put me through to a manager. Absolutely shocking. My hands are tied and I can just sit and wait.
