Cancelled account still not closed

<p>Four months ago I closed my Telkom account. Since then every month they send me an account. I have been to the telkom store three times to sort it out. Every time they call me for payment I explain that the account has be cancelled and after giving them the reference they say they will sort it out. This month another account. What does it take to close a telkom account? </p>
