Cancelled account still being charged

<p>I had an ADSL line with telkom for R595.00per month. In february I cancelled this account and I sent notification to them.</p> <p>I was still being charged for the service I cancelled. I recieved smses fromTelkom THREATENING to hand me over for collection. I then Paid the outstanding amount and called the customer service to cancel yet again. I then sent all email prove of cancelation through to the agent I spoke to in March and I expected the service to be terminated. Today (15th May 2017) I received a statement from Telkom treling me that I am in arrears fro mMarch Aporil and May. I find this unacceptable and ********** from Telkom.</p>
