Cancelled account, but still get billed after 3 months

<p>Cancelled my account effective end on may 2016 and following all the hoops you have to jump through to action this and l i still get bills and it's been 3 months now, no wonder they have such a bad rating. Worst telecommunications company I have ever dealt with.</p>
