Cancelled account

<p>I have been trying to cancel my account since Oct. they keep telling me they have a backlog. I have visited their stores, phoned etc etc. each month they are charging me money for an account I cancelled in Oct Shocking service!!!!!! How can it be this difficult to cacnel an account. No one can help me. They are all useless!!! </p>
