Cancelled 5 months ago, still nothing!

<p>I sent in my cancellation in April for my LTE package at fourways mall telkom centre, they said I should recieve a call in the next week and my LTE will be cancelled the end of the month,</p> <p>I waited a month and still nothing, I go into the store atleast 2 times a month now every time they just add a note to the cancellation request that the customer was in the store complaining the package is still not cancelled, I phone them once a week to follow up and every time they tell me the request hasnt been opened yet or it was sent to the wrong department. It cant go on like this!!!!! Its been 5 months!! get your **** together telkom. I keep paying for something im not using.</p>
