Cancelled!!!!

I am so gatvol with Telkom. How do you have a cooling off period on your cancellation form and then tell me it does not apply? I really can't take such stupidity. <br> Cooling-off period (consumer rights), a period of time during which the purchaser may cancel a purchase. Nobody had given me proper feedback about my case and now I get a bill for something I have not used. The handset that I am being charged for was handed back into the branch before the 5 days that is stipulated on the cancellation form. The branch I am dealing with is Brooklyn, Pretoria. Nowhere does it stipulate the requirements for cancellations. And it was nothing about cancellations was explained.
