Cancellations&customer service ...or NOT.

So the problems starts again… I requested a service cancellation, but nothing happens… Last year I struggled for 9 months to get my service cancelled, is it going to take another 9 months this time? I have email proof that I sent in the cancellation form, it anyone at Telkom still give a damn about customer service. Please assist ASAP!!!
