Cancellations

I spoke to a customer service agent 2 weeks ago about cancelling all my Telkom services. The Lady was unable to retrieve my login information, so I am unable to cancel my account online. She sent me the cancellation form which I forwarded to the given address for Residential cancellations, but the email address no longer exists and I desperately need to close this account.

Please advise!
