Cancellation threats

I got an sms threatening to cancel my services because my account is apparently in arrears, I just made a payment of R1200 on the 4th of this month as my statement reported that i owed R1196, I called telkom to find out where the R1365 i apparently owe is coming from, they told me that my account bounced last year in october, october imagine, this amount hasn't been reported on either my app or statement and i wasn't even aware i was owing this, I literally looked at my statement this month and paid the amount i saw accordingly. Now in the middle of the month when no one has money in their account they want me to pay that money immediately or they are shutting down my services. Why not just notify me in full what i'm owing in the statement so i can pay it, its not that people don't want to pay, you are making it hard for them to pay, the app didn't inform me of this outstanding amount, nor did the statement. If you shut down my services now i can't work because i'm working remotely due to the corona outbreak, please get someone to call me and arrange for the full amount to be debited on the next payment date or i'm cancelling my contract altogether. This is unprofessional. +***
