Cancellation - still no confirmation of this
Good day
I sent an email on 26/09/2017 to cancel my Telkom contract and it still has not been canceled??????
I even had to make another payment end of November!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can someone contact me asap ********** 636

01 Dec 2017, 12:22This is ridiculous!!!!! i get an sms stating my already-prepaid number is on prepaid!!! so in other words, they have not cancelled the still-contract number which i cancelled. the number requested to cancel is ********** 543. Do your job properly! Bad service at its best!
