Cancellation services ASDL & Line useless

Cancellation of services: ASDL & Telkom line I am currently trying to cancel my Telkom line. I sent a mail 23 February giving 30 day notice. I sent a second mail. Same again. Horrible service!!!! I do not want to use the service anymore!!!
