Cancellation Sent 3 times since 26June, 'gets escalated' AND STILL GETTING BILLED!!!

<p>Can you people catch a serious wakeup??!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent my cancellation form with ID ********** ********** 3 times since 26 June 2016, have complained via email and facebook more than 10 times and it is still getting "escalted" everytime??!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Stop billing me and just cancel my line!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly USELESS!!!</p>
