Cancellation Requested - Service still active

I requested the cancellation of my services at the end of May for the end of June, <br> I was told my service would be cancelled on the 27th of June 2015. <br> I moved out of that house mid June. <br> I got a reference number ***A, and it the line and services are still active, I already had to pay till the 8th of July. <br> I want that money refunded and will not pay the coming accounts, and I want the service cancelled immediately.
