Cancellation request not done (Requested 30 April 2016)

<p>We find it impossible to cancel Telkom telephone line. Originally requested on the 30th of April 2016 for cancellation on the 31st of May 2016. Made numerous phone calls and sent cancellation form and i.d. to numerous call agents and cancellations department but no response. I find it totally rediculous that we have to pay line rental every month and we do not even have access to the line as the new owners of the house have moved in already and we are at their mercy to not make phone calls. Please cancel our line Telkom.</p>
