Cancellation request: no response

<p>Hi There.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent an email to ********** with the required documents to cancel my line ********** on the 17th August 2016 around 10:17 AM. I would like to port the number ********** to metrofiber over their voip line as they only charge a rental of 30 per month compared to 200 odd by telkom and call charges are 49 cents per minute. Please help metrofiber acquire the number ********** which needs to be activated on my fiber installation at new location I have moved to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Till now there is no response from anyone in telkom. How long it takes to cancel a line? Yes I understand that I need to give you 30 days notice which ends on 16 September but I dont want you to just like that bill me for inefficiency of one of your departments. I have a deposit of 700 and I want it back as well.
