On 15 January 2016 I submitted a cancellation form with my ID to [Email Removed] I received an immediate response from the server confirming receipt of my email and assuring me I would be contacted within 48-72 hours.

It is now 15 March, and I have not heard back from this department, and Telkom have continued to bill me and debit my bank account for the service which I am no longer using and asked to have cancelled 2 months ago.

I contacted the call centre, and Thembisa was very helpful and advised me to send this mail which I initially sent to [Email Removed]

I did as she instructed and received a mail confirming receipt of my mail. However immediately thereafter I received a \MailDeliverySystem\" error email from telkom saying that my mail could not be delivered to this email address as \"The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept new messages at this stage.\"

How is it possible that Telkom's (an ISP) TOCescalations mail box is full? Please advise me what action I need to take to submit my cancellation form successfully and request a credit for the months I have been billed after requesting cancellation, this customer service is unacceptable.
"
