Cancellation request

I have tried cancelling this policy since April. I have since sent 4 cancellation documents and spoken to numerous consultants. Akhona Mpili advised that he will cancel my policy immediately but this was not done. I have called the call centre, gone into the branch, gone on Facebook and now I am here. The next step is the Ombud. I just want this contract cancelled. I do not need to hear "this is being processed" or "this is being attended to". All I want is the confirmation.

My first complaint was lodged on 21/10/2017. I want this cancellation document by COB 27/10/2017.
