cancellation refund not forthcoming from Telkom

Don't expect any cancellation refunds from Telkom easily. I have called them 4 times, sent multiple emails. Sent all the necessary documentation ID and bank account details but after 2 months still no refund. According to them accounts have the information they require but nothing has been processed. Extremely poor.
