Cancellation process is ****

Telkom cancellations are the worst. I app**** for cancellation online on Friday. I get an sms clearly stating that an agent will call me before close of business Friday and if they cannot get hold of me, I will receive a cancellation confirmation via email. It's Tuesday, I haven't received any call nor email from Telkom and when I chat with their online consultan today they tell me their turn around is 21 days. Why send an sms that says i'll be contacted the same day when they know that they will take forever to cancel. No more taking up a service with Telkom after this!!!!!
