Cancellation process being delayed to get more money out of customers

The worst network provider ever. I have had a bad experience with this company all the times that I have used it. This company has the worst customer service/ assistance tou can get. People will promise to call you but they wont. They delay everything and make you pay for the next month also. I asked my services to he cancelled at the end of Novemeber and I am still waiting for the agent to call me. I was told that they would call and told me yesterday that their system is down. I am not paying for another month after December. December will be my last payment as you were notified in advance.
