Cancellation process

Being a loyal customer one would think the service would be excellent. Unsatisfied loyal customer,trying to cancel my contract with Telkom and was advised to do cancellations online! What a catastrophe as I've been trying for weeks to cancel my month to month contract but yet unsuccessful.. I need to cancel my contract immediately! Please contact me ***
