Cancellation problems

We had a fault on our Telkom line for more than 2 years. It was impossible to report it, they do not answer phones and online was also not possibe. Now we want to cancel but their online stops at a stage and we cannot get hold of them. HOW DO WE CANCEL. We now have fibre.
