Cancellation problem

Good day. I have cancelled my contract during the cool off period of 31days and the courier even came and fetched the device in those 31days cool off period and yet 3 months later I still get a invoice for this device and service and the amount just keeps adding. I need this service cancelled as this is affecting my credit score and all because someone is *********** in the position they are appointed in.
