Cancellation of WiFi Contract - Angry Customer

Absolutely appalling service received from Telkom. My brother is still being billed after he cancelled our wifi contract in May. That's the thing about Telkom. They are quick to obtain contracts and will call you non-stop, however when it comes to cancelling they are oblivious and continue to bill customers. Pathetic service Telkom!!!
