Cancellation of the Telkom contract

I had a media pad form Telkom it was a 24 month contract and the number is +27 81 ********** .The contract ended in April 2017 and I extended it to the month to month. Last year in November 2017 I send an email to cancel it up until to date I am still struggling to get it cancelled. I went to one of their branch in Hydepark I was told that I must call for myself and the only thing that they can help me is to lock a call for me.I told them to do so and left my number there was no response. I called the cancellation department of Telkom I spoke to one of their customer services lady she promise that she was going to send me an email so that I can forward my request again, she didn't do that. Fortunately I had her email forwarded my request again up until today no response
