CANCELLATION OF TELKOM SERVICES

I am trying to cancel a telkom account *** since 04.02.2021 and it has not yet been done. all I get is statement and messages showing every time that the amount I am owing is going up. My mum use to handle this account and she passed away on 22.07.2017 , so this telkom service is no longer needed. please please please I need this sorted out with immediate effect. all documentation was sent to Telkom on 04.02.2021 and also today 26.03.2021
