Cancellation of telkom services

<p>It seems that it is impossible to cancel services with telkom! We are emigrating. Nobody answers the phone and if you manage to eventually find the email address to send to, it gets returned as the inbox is full!!! Is this a ploy to just keep taking your money? Their service is absolutely shocking considering they have the monopoly in South Africa!! Please could someone help me cancel my land-line and adsl line!! </p>
