Cancellation of Telkom Service Impossible most likely Hell will freeze over before it happens

Absolutely aweful. Have been trying to help my aunt cancel her voice and ADSL lines for over three months now, she keeps paying isn’t using the lines but still no joy out of Telkom still they continue to rip a person off. You’re sent from pillar to post, you send email left and right and you’re told to cancel it on line and it doesn’t give you the option there to cancel it don’t know what to do know. This is getting pathetic beyond words.
