CANCELLATION OF TELKOM MOBILE CONTRACT
<p>How can a cancellation of a mobile contract for Telkom take 21 days? With all other service providers you can cancel telephonically or in-store. I have e-mailed my cancellation form to Telkom more than a week ago and no response. If I phone customer service, they say it takes 21 days to do a cancellation!! That is why I will NEVER do business with TELKOM again!</p>
