Cancellation of telkom line taking from 11-APR-2018

Hello Peter, I requested to cancel telkom line on 11-APR-2018, still they are charging me and I am not using their services, even last month also I made a request again to cancel line with following ref: ********** 97A, even this month also they debt money from account, Most of the times Telkom call center system is down. Can you please take action on this and refund my money. Kind Regards, Siva
