Cancellation of Telkom line

<p>on the 26th of April 2016 i send a letter to ********** to cancel a telkom line it is now the 27th of October i have sent the mail numerous times asking them to cancel the line i have also sent all the information as requested to cancel the telkom line but still nothing has been done.</p> <p> </p> <p>we have been paying the contract fee since April and would like the line to be cancelled and refunded from May 2016 until now</p>
