Cancellation of Telkom Line

Our Telkom service was great! ...Until we had to cancel. We have been trying to cancel our adsl line since 2016! We have emailed, phoned, went to Telkom stores.. everything! We are still being billed and have now been blacklisted because of them. Would not recommend anyone to ever use Telkom.. I have sent a final email today, let's see if they would respond this time.. :(
