Cancellation of Telkom contract ... NOT!

I have been struggling for over a year now to cancel my Telkom Mobile account. When the sales staff phoned me about their product they made a lot of promises about the products, but my concern was the coverage area which they assured me I was in no problem. So when the product came and I started using it, it turns out I am NOT within the coverage area and have to ***gy-back off a MTN tower so none of the data benefits are applicable to me. I then cancelled the product ... or so i thought! I have cancelled it telephonically, emailed through the cancellation letter and did it online .... still my account is not closed and my bank account debited Absolute useless service, no follow-up communication at all.
