Cancellation of Telkom Contract

About a year ago I app**** for the cancellation of my Telkom internet account because I was replacing it with a fibre service from Vox. Up to today Telkom has not cancelled my account after my several attempt to get it cancelled. So far I have paid Telkom over R9000 for a service I am not using because the company has failed to cancel my contract despite my several attempts to get it cancelled.
