Cancellation of Telkom Contract

I submitted a cancellation form last year already on the 21st of December to have my contract with telkom cancelled , today its the 31st of January , and still the contract has not been cancelled , even though they claim that it will take 21 Days for the entire process!!!!!! I have called their call centre almost on a weekly basis to be told that its been escalated , its been escalating for the whole entire month of January!!! Im leaving the country on friday , their service is poor and ridiculous, im never sung their service ever , ever again
