Cancellation of Telkom account is IMPOSSIBLE

I am trying to cancel my business landline & ISND service but cannot. I have tried in May and June but cannot access the cancellation pages on the Telkom website. I cannot reach anyone by telephone at Telkom to assist. I have tried the Telkom App but that does not work either. I have taken screen shots of the error messages and inaccessibility of the relevant Telkom web pages. I have been in communication with attorneys representing Telkom for account collections and they cannot help either. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO CANCEL MY TELKOM ACCOUNT BUT THEY KEEP BILLING ME & DEMANDING PAYMENT.
