Cancellation of telkom Account

Good day.

My name is Khulani Nkabinde, ID number: 930 ********** 087. I have a problem with Telkom, since last year(2017) I've been trying to cancel my contract with them but up until now they have cancelled it. Telkom trick us, they sent people to our office park offering latest telkom data promotions. The offer that I took was for 20 Gigs(10 gigs anytime and 10 gigs night owl) and the price was R270pm on promotion, but I ended up paying R350pm and this year it went up again. The Telkom's agent that gave me this offer was Philani and we could contact him via WhatsApp or telephonically using this number ********** . But we couldn't get a hold of him once our packages arrived and Telkom denied ever employing such a person in there company. They cancallation contact number is 10210. I've attached my cancellation form and latest invoice.
