Cancellation of Telephone and ADSL Line

<p>I sent a cancellation letter to telkom in June 2016 for a landline at my private residence. This was not done and I tried to contact Telkom via email, called them, pleaded with them and actually whent to their offices to speak to them WITHOUT ANY success. At a last resort nearly 1 year ago I have senf 3 emails with read responses to Mr Brain Amstrong without any success. I know learned that he resigned ? Hopefully someone in Telkom will see this and email me to attend to my problem. ShouldI try Sipho Maseko? Will he respond to emails? </p>
