CANCELLATION OF SWTCHBOARD

Our company, G T Chaane Quantity Surveyors requested Telkom via a letter dated the 12th of June 2015 to cancel our two switchboards for the two offices. Representatives from Telkom came to our offices and collected the two switchboards. Telkom has failed to effect the requested cancellations of the switchboards. we requested that two ADSL lines, viz., *** and *** should remain. Telkom is continuing to bill us for the two switchboards that they collected. We have submitted the letter of cancellation as requested by Telkom and have forwarded the said letters to Rekha Sanker who promised to escalate the problem. Our business has lost a lot of business due to suspensions of our ADSL limes by Telkom. Mediocrity is the order of the day at Telkom. please assist Telkom by exposing these problems to the south african public. Godfrey Chaane.
