Cancellation of subscription

I have a contract for data with telkom which came with free 3months prime video subscription of which August was my last month free. I then tried to cancel on the app and it says u must contact telkom of which i did. Till today my subscription has not been cancelled and now i am billed to pay for someone i requested to be cancelled.
