Cancellation of services that is not been cancelled.

On 2016/04/19 i cancelled my DSL line,and they did not cancelled it,after i phone them and recent everything they do a refund on my account on Aug 2017. But in Sept 2016 they start billing me again,in July 2017 i start to question that,and resent everything,then we receive a call from Petro Breytenbach from Telkom that we must sign forms but there was no forms to sign,we e-mail her and tell her there was no forms,and until today no answer from her also.They did hand my account over to Fourie/Sikweyiya Att.They told me they closed my file.Now they handed me over for a second time .I phoned Petro Breyternbach this morning but no answer. My landline is been cancelled but no refund on my accountn for DSL line .
