Cancellation of Services

why is it so hard to cancel services with telkom?? there is only an email address to send a cancellation too and nobody replies from it?? no acknowledgement of the cancellation? am i being forced to keep a service i do not want?? is this how telkom operates??i requested a cancellation eff 31/12/2017 i expect not to be billed passed this, a cancellation was also done via your website but still nothing, absolutely pathetic!!
